Continuously updating customer data into Hubspot CRM from shopping cart?

Hello -

Our company is interested in expanding our use of Hubspot CRM to fully house all our customer records, including order history. We are trying to evaluate if we are able to set up an ongoing link between Hubspot CRM and our shopping cart platform, so customer accounts are kept up to date with order history and other details housed in the shopping cart platform.

Any how-to's regarding how to set up such a connection would be much appreciated.

Glad to hear that you are considering HubSpot CRM to fully house your customer records. It is definitely possible to connect your ecommerce/shopping cart platform with HubSpot.

Depending on what your shopping cart solution is, there may already be an existing integration that you can use. For example, a third party company called Groove provides an integration that connects HubSpot to your ecommerce platform. You can read more on this here: https://www.hubshop.ly/
