I created a worflow that enrolls deals once they have a specific property filled out AND the Term Date property is at least a day from now. Then, based on the deal's property update one of the properties of the primary company associated to the deal gets also updated. What I am trying to figure out is that once the Deal's Term Date is over (more than a day ago) the company's property that was updated at the beginning gets cleared. Something else, I don't know how to solve for is that there will be new deals that meet the enrollement criteria, so the company property needs to be updated continuosly with the most recent deals and then edited again whenever the Term Date is due.
Hope this wasn't too confusing but if anyone has ideas on how to execute something similar, please let me know. Thank you!
I'm not sure I'm following entirely but it does sound like you could solve this with a workflow that enrolls records when the date is more than 1 day ago, then uses the "Edit record" workflow action to clear the company fields.
If that doesn't work, could you explain in more detail why it doesn't? Alternatively, if you could explain what you're trying to do without referring to HubSpot features, that might also help.

If that number is 0, you know that that there is no associated active deal.

Oh yes, I think this could work! My only concern is that in my case, there are multiple deals that exist at the same time (for different products, etc.), one might be "active", it has a term date for the future so the company property needs to be populated, but if there's another deal that expires for that company, then the company property would get cleared, correct?
Would HubSpot know to edit the company property based on the most current deal?

I’d also love to invite some of our Top Experts to weigh in: Hi @karstenkoehler, @danmoyle and @Bryantworks, do you have any tips or suggestions on how @Bibiana_R can automatically remove products from the company record when there are no active deals containing them?
Thank you all so much, and wishing you a fantastic day! Bérangère

I'm trying to automatically sync the "products" listed in a deal to the company record. And then get the "products" automatically removed from the company record if there isn't an active deal that includes them. Sorry if this is confusing, I'm starting to think on alternatives as there might be better options.
