Regarding forms on the activity panel, we've had feedback from several users that it's less intuitive to select the carrot to the left of the form submissions and that users tend to click on the link to the form instead. The link then brings the average user to a generic landing page, because they often do not have access to the forms. The link to the form is more helpful to admins than it is to the general user. Please consider removing the form link, or somehow emphasizing the carrot to see the contents a little better. Thanks!
