Contacts won't load for the past 24 hours

I can see the dashboard but contacts will not load.  I have performed all the recommended actions from the earlier posts and nothing helps.  Please help.

Hey @dpeninger 

 

Can you outline what specific steps you've taken? 

 

I would recommend: 

1. Clearing  your cache

2. Try reproducing the behavior in different browsers/wifi networks

3. Check to see if other users are experiencing the issue

 

If you can send along the results of these tests, we can advise on next steps.

 

Additionally, screenshots or videos of what you are and are not seeing would be great.

No, none of the solutions presented resolved the issue. It obviously was an internal outage that was resolved in the next 36 hours. It would be great if you could provide any indication of outages to your customers so they dont waste hours of their time trying to figure out what they can do themselves to resolve. Thank you
