Out of the box, I'm not aware of a default way to filter for this. HubSpot's filters are designed for one associated company and, as far as I know, not all products within HubSpot have caught up to the ability to have multiple companies associated to a contact.
You would create this "Number of associated companies" property on the contact object, choose the "Count" method and then pick the company object to be counted. As a property to check, pick something that's available on all companies, e.g. the "Create date".
Once saved, you can filter for for this calculation property and find contacts where it is greater than 1.

Hi Karsten, We are testing HubSpot and we are able to associate various companies to a contact. I guess we will have to download the csv file to verify. Best, H
