Contacts status don't change after importing an unsuscribtion list.

Dear community.
I've been trying to import an unsuscribtion list with a *.CSV file. But once it is done i can't find any updated status in Hubspot for the contacts imported:
hs_email_optout: nothing
If i force manually unsuscribtion on the contact in HS then the true is displayed for the field: hs_email_optout
I believe the same explanation applies. You uploading a contact in an email suppression list is not, necessarily, the same as them unsubscribing themselves.
To change the unsubscribe property on existing contacts, would need to do a standard import with a column mapped to that property.
Contacts who are imported on an opt-out list will not be added to your billable contact total because it does not create contacts in your HubSpot database. Instead, it marks the email addresses on the list as ineligible to receive emails from your account.
I do understand. But once i've imported my opt-out list on existing contacts i do not find any change of status for theses contacts. They still seem to be opt-in. They are not tagged as unsuscribed!
