Where you have a contact one company name appears. How can you add a second company?

My understading is that there is a beta you can apply to join to ungate this feature. See more here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Associate-one-contact-to-multiple-companies/idi-p/192...
