All of the sudden, today, every time I send an email from GSuite that email address is appearing in my HubSpot CRM. This has never happened before. I checked my zaps in Zapier and this is not the cause. I have no other third-party software or apps connecting my Gmail and HubSpot CRM. So, I'm thinking some setting either in Gmail or in HubSpot got jacked up. But, I have no idea where to look.
Has this happened to anyone else? Can someone give me a tip here?
I think you are using the HubSpot sales Extension in your Gmail account and turned it on. That’s why if you send an email to any new email id a contact is created in HubSpot since it is a feature of the HubSpot Sales Extension.
You can check this by opening your Gmail in the web browser and check if you can see any HubSpot symbol at the top right corner. Something like this:
