Contacts and Products

Hello All,

I have a customer request to display products under the contact screen. I tried to modify the contact's right-hand menu and add the products there (This is not possible).
Is there a workaround to do that?
Is there a way to display a list of products that are associated to a contact based on deals?

@OAskarov certainly a great idea!!! 

The only product or line item property that can be added via a Deal Association card is the Number of Line Items on a Deal:

Hi @OAskarov,
At the moment, it’s not possible to add a dedicated Products/Line Items card directly to a contact record’s right-hand sidebar. Line items are tied to deals, so the supported way to view products associated with a contact is by navigating through the contact’s associated deals.

As a workaround, you could:

• Build a custom dashboard or report that lists products associated with a contact based on their related deals.

• Optionally, create a custom property on the contact record that includes a link to that dashboard or report for quick access.
