Contacts address details suddenly disappeared!

Address/email etc information is suddenly not appearing on any of our Contacts in the left-hand pane!

Are the fields empty or do the fields not appear at all?

If the fields have disappeared entirely, someone probably removed them by mistake. You can re-add them in the record editor: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/customize-records

They do not appear at all, it just says "Communications Subcriptions" and "Website activity"
