The contacts page is just showing as loading. The company page is fine. I have followed Hubspot support and updated Chrome and cleared the cache. I have also tried it in the Edge browser and it does the same. Please help!
I checked the HubSpot status page and couldn't find any indication of an ongoing or recent service disruption.
Since you're using a supported browser and have already updated it, cleared the cache, and tested a second browser without success, it seems unlikely that this is a user-side issue. Around the same time, another community member reported a very similar problem on a different CRM page, which further suggests that this may be a temporary irregularity on HubSpot's side rather than a local error.
With this in mind, I'd recommend waiting a bit and checking again later. Issues like this often resolve themselves once the backend has stabilised. If the issue persists, feel free to let me know. We can then investigate further using the browser's developer tools, or escalate it to HubSpot if needed to better understand the root cause.

It appears that between 2:41 PM EDT and 3:44 PM EDT on November 13, 2025, some customers in North America experienced issues with HubSpot index pages not loading. As @d-lupo mentioned, the persistance of this issue beyond your troubleshooting steps would likely indicate this is a HubSpot-specific issue, not user-based. While I get our internal team to take a look, can you please confirm whether or not the issue is still occuring? @DebbieO and @NWhite7 - can you both please also confirm whether or not you're still experiencing this behavior?

We have the same issue here with one user except it's the Companies page rather then Contacts which isn't loading. Like you we tried clearing cache, using a different browser and even a different device: same outcome.
