Hello, I want to create a list of contacts based on when they last responded back to emails. So if I want to create 2 lists to split customers into those who responded to emails after Jan 1st 2022 and those who haven't, is there a way to track that information automatically?
Although I doubt that sales email reply tracking is 100% accurate (and this can't be applied to marketing emails), you can build lists using time-based rules on Recent sales email replied date, like this:
