Contact photo not visible anymore in shared/incoming inbox
Since yesterday we are not able to see the photo of a contact / company within our shared/incoming inbox. This is now replaced with an icon of the channel where the item came from, in our case by e-mail. Seeing the photo in the list was way easier to filter out for ourselves from who the item came from, instead of reading the name of the contact.
We believe that Hubspot made changes to this, because the unread items are not with a Bold font too. Are there any ways to change this to the old situation? Or is this a bug that can be solved by Hubspot?
If you are referring to the profile pic that appears in the email client with header information, HubSpot has no control over what shows there. That photo is actually populated by the email client. This Search results - Gmail Help

I understand that Hubspot does not has control over what shows there, but the photo is set on the profile of the contact. You can see that in my screenshot. The photo is not visible in the incomming mailbox list. Like @deepikaverma meantioned, it would be a bug.
Any idea how to report this? We are a free user, and they don't provide support for free users.

Hi @FK_09 , This would be a bug, beacuse I have also connected my team email inbox in hubspot. And its showing correctly the display picture of the contact and unread meassages are shown in bold.
