Contact form email address

We have a contact form that we use but can't find where to change the email address the forms goes to.

We are changing our address from info@url to something else but somehow it still goes to info but info address is not even listed below, is this hard coded somewhere?

Hi @Ceekay100,

Has someone maybe set up a notification workflow? You could check by:

1) submitting the form with a test email address

2) checking the contact record of that test email address

3) checking whether the contact enrolled in a workflow (and whether that workflow is sending the notification)

Could you also maybe share a screenshot of the notification, pixelating any confidential information?

I did what you said and there isn't a notification workflow  '______. isn't a member of  any workflows yet'

I created a test email and checked in the Contacts section of our hubspot...see below
