Contact completely disappeared

Hi All,

First post, but I have found no information on this.

I had a contact in the CRM for many days and today, Friday 22nd Feb 2019, that contact has completely vanished.

There are no filters set and the contact is not in the recycling Bin.

Other contacts entered at the same time are still in the system, but I cannot find anything to suggest what has happened to this contact.

Any thoughts or help greatly appreciated.

Woah. X-Files moment. haha 😉

Maybe try re-adding the contact to your portal. This will tell you if someone performed a GDPR-compliant delete on it -- about the only way to totally destroy a HubSPot contact in the 'Terminator' fashion you describe.
