I'd like to see the engagement score of a contact in its contact card with one view. This means, that a report aggregates the number of emails received as well as the number of emails delivered, opened and clicked. This would be very helpful in case of high potential lead identification as well as, to know how often emails are sent to a contact even though they do not open them -> contact cleansing
If I understand correctly, you’d like to see the Contact Engagement Score directly on the contact card.
One way to do this is with our app, Data Bridge, which lets you embed something like a Google Sheet into the contact record. You could track the number of emails sent, delivered, opened, and clicked all in one place.
Full transparency: I’m part of the team behind Data Bridge, so I’m sharing this as a possible solution.

@YarynaB I do have to ask – why use an integration if HubSpot offers multiple ways to see data points like scores at a glance, natively?
One suggestion: since you’re a product success manager at the company that builds the solution you're proposing, it might be good to add a small disclaimer so readers know you’re affiliated with the company. That way, your recommendation is transparent.

Absolutely, @karstenkoehler, HubSpot does a great job with native scores and basic engagement metrics. Data Bridge isn’t required, but it can be useful if the team already uses external sources like Google Sheets to aggregate multiple data points in one view.
