We are in a situation where we are losing hundreds of leads a month in our reporting due to a lack of reconversion contact card updates. If they reconverted once the date will not updated after the first reconversion date. This is causing a lack of workflow triggers and a lack of reporting data to gauge our marketing effectiveness.
We have such a long buyer journey and multiple products that we encourage reconversions on.
Hubspot support has not been able to offer any solutions to this. Does anyone have any ideas on how we can rectify this issue?
We have considered it. Our holdup is an upgrade to have a sandbox where we can test. There have been some significant workflow errors this year that have us a bit hesitant to make that change as a first solution.
