How do I Create a contact filter that is PUBLIC including all contacts with names, email addresses, associated companies who have OPENED anything from our one week’s campaign?

The best way to do this would be to create a list following those steps.

We don't have a way to filter by a whole campaign, but you could use the Marketing Emails filter to find the multiple marketing emails that have been sent in your campaign.
