Contact Property for Zoom Webinar Regi/Attendance Date

I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to capture last Zoom Webinar registartion and/or attendance date on a contact record? I know you are able to see Zoom metrics in the Contact Activity, but it doesn't seem like you can surface these metrics such that you can report on them or use them to initiate workflows/sequences?
My usecase: Identify contacts that have not yet registered for a webinar and: 1. Send that contact an automated email 2. Create a task for the CSM to reach out to the contact
Create a contact list, add filter, find the Zoom filter group, filter for contacts that have registered
Enroll your invitation list into a workflow (the one with the automated email /task) and set membership in that list as an unenrollment criterion or goal
Theoretically, the list isn't even needed, you can specify Zoom registration directly as a workflow goal which will eject registered contacts immediately.
