Contact Property Update after sending or receiving email for Sales Hub Professional
SOLVE
I want to track who sent the most recent response in our email threads (not marketing campaign emails but email communication sent to actual leads) and update a property accordingly. This would help us track whether our team needs to follow up or if we're waiting on a response from the lead/contact.
While I found a similar thread but it seems it would require Service Hub Professional, we only have Sales Hub Pro and Marketing Hub. Is this possible with our current subscriptions?
