I'm trying to run campaigns targeting contacts with low sales activity, but I'm running into an issue with filtering.
In the “Number of sales activities” contact field, some contacts show 0, while others show a dash (–). I understand that 0 means there are no logged activities, but what does the dash mean?
Why hasn't HubSpot calculated anything for those contacts?
This inconsistency is making it hard to build accurate filters—since contacts with "-" aren’t being included when I filter for "0 sales activities."
I could just bulk update the property for all contacts with unknown to 0, but that feels wrong!
