Contact/Lead collaboration

It should be great to have the possibility to share collaboration with other users. Same as existing collaboration on deals.
Exemple : 
I'm sales manager. Iwould like to share contact with other user (sales) on my team but I need to stay the owner. Each user on my team has only acces with contact they own.

Hi @VLANARD 

Are you aware of the "team only" access to contacts? This allows members of the same team to see each others contacts whilst remaining owners of their own contacts.
