Contact ID List Creation – Missing "is any of" Filter?

Hello,

I used to create lists by Contact IDs using the filter "Contact ID is any of" and paste multiple IDs at once. However, I can no longer find this filter option in the list criteria. Has this feature been removed or relocated? What is the current best way to build a list from multiple Contact IDs? Thanks in advance for your help!

Funnily enough, this has never been possible. It's one of those things you think exists but actually doesn't. #mandelaeffect
