Contact Center screen-pop integration via URL search

I'm looking for documentation on the proper URL formatting in order to directly search a contact record using a phone number.

The idea is that the Contact Center platform can form the properly formatted URL including the search term for the Caller ID of the call being presented to the agent and thus have the contact record available when the call is answered.

Thanks in advance for the help.

I guess maybe I'm not understanding what experience you're looking for. When I search for contacts in HubSpot, it brings me the results I need. If you're wondering about incoming calls, HubSpot has a couple of resources:

Did my answer help? Please "mark as a solution" to help others find answers. Plus I really appreciate it!

I use all tools available to help answer questions. This may include other Community posts, search engines, and generative AI search tools. But I always use my experience and my own brain to make it human.

Hello @danmoyle Thank you very much for your reply. That URL does work in as much as it produces the search result as a list. I wonder if there is a format that would directly display a contact match?

First capture is the result list that I get with the query URL:

Second capture is what I'm looking for (without having to click on the result):

The marked out area would be your HubID number.
