Consequences of turning off sync
SOLVEJul 23, 2019 5:30 PM
Hello all,
What is going to happen if we decide to turn off the
1. Lifecycle stage sync
2. Sync lifecycle stages to associated contacts and companies.
Will it revert or will we need to clean up our database (especially for contacts that are in a big company and that are not customer as they are based in a different plant that the one that bought our products.)
Thanks for sharing your experience.

Hi @MJ_Bergeron
If you turn of those two settings (the first looks like a Salesforce integreation setting), then updates will not be made in the future. Past updates/changes to lifecycle based on these settings will remain, nothing will roll back.
If these settings have resulted in incorrect lifecycle stage for some contacts, you will need to correct that manually, unfortunatly.
Hope this helps.
