Connecting emails to a contact/customer

Is there any way to connect an email stream between two colleagues to a contact/customer in order to track a decision or any other info related to that contact/customer? An example may be recording an approval from your manager for an extra discount granted to the customer

The association is by company so if the people communicating are not part of the company, Hubspot won't associate them. You'll want to teach them to add a note to the contact or company record.

Understood, thank you so much ... frankly speaking I think that this is a limit ... being forced to write a note is time consuming
