Confirmation email not sent when meeting scheduled
SOLVE
Hi,
I tried to schedule a meeting to myself, contact added as me but with my personal email adress.
I don't receive instantly the confirmation email that a meeting has been scheduled, I only receive the meeting reminder while after.
I want in the future to schedule meetings, and the contact receives immediately a confirmation + a reminder like 1 hour before the meeting or whatever.
I think it's possible with Hubspot but maybe I am wrong, we can't send a confirmation immediately and only reminders, but it's weird.. someone has ever had this problem ? How do I fix this please ?
+ I sent an email from hubspot (not a meeting scheduling) and I receive it immediately, and I verified spam emails, there is not meeting email.
Yes, you are right, this is possible with HubSpot. As explained in this article you can set up automation for your meeting links to send out confirmations and reminders. I assume you have the toggle for confirmation emails switched on? Are you receiving the test email that you can trigger on the automation page?
The reminders are send out as transactional emails from HubSpot IPs whereas a regular email is sent from your IP address, so I believe it might have something to do with the HubSpot IPs.

Hi thank you for your answers, but I made the exact same process than two hours ago, and now it works, I schedule a meeting and receive a confirmation email right away. I don't know why, and didn't touch anything, but I thank both of you very much and since it works now everything is fine I guess !
