Company logos not being added when adding the domain at a later date

When initially adding a company if I specify a domain it'll fetch the company logo for me.

However, if I add the domain at a later date it doesn't fetch the logo, even if the logo is blank (read: I've not uploaded my own).

When I add the domain after the company has already been added it has no problem fetching the "About this company" information, but I'd also expect it to add an image if I haven't already.

Is this a bug or normal behaviour?

it would be grat, if I can give a link for teh logo.

In this case, dont need to donload the logo and after upload to hubspot.

The hubspot can load the from a picure link directly.

I am seeing the company logo populate when adding the Company Domain Name at a later date. Is this happening for all companies, or only for some?

Hello, I'm experiencing the same issue.

I have some Companies which initially did not have the correct Company Domain Name.  I have since updated with the proper domain, and the logo is not appearing.  I'm not sure how the answer here resolves this issue.

Hi @andrewmill,

The logo will pull in if it is available. You can also manually add an image to associate with the company's logo.

Hi @AndrewDream,

The logo will pull in from HubSpot insights when it is available. If the logo is outdated, you can manually update it by hovering over the logo and selecting to edit the picture.

That definitely doesn't work. I had 2 accounts for the same company - the one I wanted to keep didn't have the correct logo, the other did. I merged them, now there is no logo. I know that it should work because it used to work. There is something not right.

@eliasmoubayed I am having the same problem as you noted a year ago. Did you happen to figure out how to fix this? The logo is not generating even when adding the domain at the creation of the company.

Hey @jennysowyrda, I've just figured it out... if I add the domain without the http:// part it works fine, but when I try and retrospectively add the domain as a URL the logo doesn't appear.

Okay that's all sorted now.
