Company exists but not shows in Companies view list page

Hi!

I'm facing a weird behaviour that i can't understanding. I can access a company directly, but when I search same company name in All companies view, it not shows up.

I tried to apply a filter by record ID and it not works too. 

I noticed it when I imported a file to update some properties, and when I go to 'view companies' right after import is completed, the total number of updated records didn't matches with total counter in companies view list.

Am i missing some thing here? Maybe a settting to make a company invisible in some contexts.

I'm a Super Admin and I confirmed that I didn't had any other filters applied.

Hi @VPaludo,

Could you confirm that you're looking at an unfiltered view, e.g. All companies?

If you are, please give HubSpot 1-2 minutes after the import. Even in the import shows as completed, there is sometimes a delay n views updating.

If the issue persists, I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot support directly.

It's an unfiltered view, I checked multiple times.

Also, it took 24 hours after import and the behaviour it's the same.

Just figured out all cases i'm checking are tagged as duplicates by Data Quality.

It could impacts in filters?

If I search company domain in search bar, it shows both companies, but only in filters it shows only one company.

@VPaludo I can't help without seeing what values exactly you're searching for / without seeing screenshots (see my previous reply).

@VPaludo can you please share a screenshot of the record and the value you're searching for and a screenshot of the unsuccessful search?

Again, this seems much like a bug and not a user error. I would recommend reaching out to HubSpot support directly - this is a user-to-user community, I cannot access your account for troubleshooing. HubSpot support can.
