I was trying to find a workaround for this case but failed. How to avoid putting some contacts on the contacts list that are from some domains that we are not going to do business with? For example, we are using some vendors that are sending invoices and those get into CRM. Another example is our own company domain - even if it is "backlisted" in settings, mails from my co-workers are getting into CRM.
One option would be to leverage the Lifecycle stage property for contacts. This is used to track where a contact is in the sales process. It also has an option "Other" for any contacts that doesn't fit into the sales process.
You can then exclude contacts with Lifecycle stage "Other" from your lists or filtered views (Menu > Contacts > Contacts, click More filters in the center of the screen, select "Lifecycle stage is not equal to any of Other").
Hope this helps!

As far as I know, there isn't a deny list for the creation of records. As a workaround, you could perform a GDPR delete on these contacts. In that case, HubSpot would not let anyone create a contact with that email address again, this goes for imports as well.
