Company Properties not showing on Record View

For several of our companies, no information is displayed on the left side of the record view, where it should show "About this company". What these companies have in common, is that on the "Account Overview", they are are marked as "Not a target account", however, if I change it to "Target Account", the properties will still not be displayed, so that might not be the issue.

The properties can still be viewed if I go to actions > "View all properties", but I need the summary to show.

Most companies we have, do not have this issue.

Any advice on how to fix this would be welcome!

Hi @NJaramillo5,

 

This seems to be a recurring issue, at least recently, for other users as well.

 

Could you check the record customisation options for conditional logic? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/customize-records

If there isn't any, I'd recommend resetting / reapplying / saving the settings again. If that doesn't work, I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot support.

There was in fact a conditional logic. Removing it fixed the issue.
