Companies Home page not loading (again)

One of our users cannot load 'companies' home page, instead they are getting the 'all who wander are not lost' error. Contacts etc are fine and we can access the individual companies page just not the conpanies list view. 

Anyone else experiencing a similar issue?

Does this user use a supported browser? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-security/browsers-supported-by-hubspot

Have they deactived all browser extensions and cleared cache/cookies?

Are they experiencing this on one device or on all devices they access?

Hi Karsten,

Yes to your first two questions, this was checked recently against another, now resolved issue, and yes, they are experiencing this issue across two or more devices.

@HEllis4 in that case I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot support directly, in-app via chat or email.
