HubSpot does not have properties that are, or can be, applied to two different objects - e.g. contacts and deals.
Each record of each object type does have a unique ID (UID) that powers the associations between objects that can be created - for example, you can already associate a contact to multiple deals - however, this UID can not be seen in the HubSpot UI (AFAIK) and can only be accessed when exporting data.
You can, however, force properties on two different objects to be the same by using workflows to copy the value of one to the others.
