Colleague Not Receiving Email Notifications from HubSpot

SOLVE

Hi everyone,

Hoping someone can help us out!

One of my colleagues isn’t receiving any email notifications from HubSpot (like mentions, task assignments, etc.), even though:

  • Notifications are turned on in their HubSpot settings

  • Their email address is correct and active

  • We’ve checked spam and junk folders

  • There are no blocks from our domain or server

We’re both on the free plan, so we can’t reach out to support directly. Has anyone experienced something similar or found a fix?

Would really appreciate any guidance or tips.
