Close Date property not accessible

SOLVE

Hi, I am configuring HubSpot CRM for a client and have Super Admin privileges. They are on SalePro and were already on HubSpot. For some reason, I cannot see the HubSpot system property "Close Date" on the property list for Deal>Deal Information and there's no ability to enter a close date for deals. It appears in the new deal record as a grey box that cannot be updated. I've already opened a ticket (has not resolved) and checked that the "Close Date" property was not previously archived. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!HS 2.jpgHS 1.png

Close Date property not accessible

SOLVE

Hi @anthonywoj,

This looks to be something that a HubSpotter will have to help with as it certainly appears to be a technical issue of some sort. Because it's a default property, even if were archived it can't be deleted and can be restored at any time. But as you mentioned and as your screenshot shows, there are no archived properties for your deal records.

It seems like something odd with the internal name might be happening. Are you using the API to update properties at all or are you only using the interface?
