We are a software company, historically we have only sold one product to our clients with a set number of licences and subscription dates.
We are looking to launch a few more products in the coming months. The new products will mean that our clients will likely have 'Sub-Clients' and multiple subscription end dates, there will potentially be 30 Subscription end dates for a client.
What would be the best way to store and report on these clients?
By using a custom object, each subscription would have its own record and could be associated to a client. That way, subscriptions aren't "flattened" on the company object into one or multiple date fields.
Have a look and let me know if you have follow-up questions!
Best regards!
