Clear a Native HubSpot field Value

SOLVE

Hello! I accidentally moved several Deals to the "Lost" stage, and by doing so, the "Date entered Lost" field and other HubSpot native fields were populated. How can I clear these values? I followed a tutorial on how to clear values, but it only shows how to clear custom fields, not the native ones.

Hi @Artur_Santana,

I don't believe this is possible to do from the interface or with workflows. You might be able to do it via the API: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/guides/api/crm/properties#clear-a-property-value

Hey there @Artur_Santana !

I've definitely run into this issue before, so I know where you're coming from. HubSpot native values cannot be cleared, which can be frustrating at times when you accidentally trigger one to enrich.

Would you mind giving me some more context as to how this is impacting your business?

For example, are you trying to build reports, trigger automations, etc? I may be able to help with a quick workaround.
