Choose a random code-list without a new property

Hello,

i have a question about "how could we use a random code-list without creating or useing a property?"

For some exhibitions you can get a voucher to "buy" a free ticket.  For example:  We got 5.000 random codes (in a excel sheet) from the management of the exhibition. A customer had to fill out our hubspot form with his data to get one of the random codes. 
We want to send the codes via mail and every customer should get automatically the next code from the code-list, maybe in the mail with a placeholder like "use-code-from-code-list1" but is their a solution to uploud a excel-sheet (google-sheet, upload a list) and send everytime after a form submit automatically the next code from the list?

Hi, looks like lot of people have the same problem, like here: Gelöst: HubSpot Community - voucher codes (list) in an email workflow - HubSpot Community
But both problems aren't really solved, they just do it manually, here Karsten mentioned to create a custom workflow action, which means that there should be ways to realize this inside of HubSpot.
I thought of creating a list in HubDB with all the voucher codes sitting there, but now I don't know how to create this custom workflow code to choose the next available code from this table and write it into a contact property.
Maybe someone has a kind of sample code how to receive value x from table row y and wite it to a property? 
As we had lot of voucher codes the way to use Zapier cost us lot of money to provide "free" voucher codes.

Not out of the box, no, there is not. You would have to look into third-party solutions (e.g. Zapier) or create a custom code workflow action with the help of a developer, available in Operations Hub Professional.
