Hello,

I am looking to add a physical check list in a task located in the body of the notes area, is that possible?

I have attached a mockup of what I am referring to.

Hello @MDalrymple,

HubSpot does not support table formatting in task bodies, unfortunately.

You could get close by building a snippet that looks like this: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/conversations/use-snippets

SPF Authentication [X]
Contact/Groups Uploaded []
Social Media Active []
Compliance reviewed []

... adding an X when the item is completed. Now the full list can be added easily via snippet, it's not formatted as a table but it's still possible to tick items off.
