Chatflows with Country Targeting Never Appear

When Country targeting is used on a Chatflow, the chat widget never appears.

 

The visitor's country is being detected correctly because country targeting on CTAs works as expected.

 

I created a developer sandbox and the same bug occurs in the sandbox, so it isn't specific to our account.

 

Support said they'd send it to the dev team and follow-up, but I haven't received an update, so I'm posting here in case anyone knows a solution or workaround. We're unable to use chat until this is resolved because we need to limit access to specific countries.

We have exactly the same issue. Targeted countries Chatbot not working.

Since the country targeting works with CTAs but not with Chatflows, and the problem persists even in a developer sandbox, it seems like a deeper issue. Here are a few suggestions:

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
  • Ensure browser compatibility.
  • Try recreating the Chatflow.
  • As a temporary fix, remove the country targeting to keep the chat widget functional.

Given that Support has escalated this, I recommend reaching out to them again for an update. Meanwhile, if anyone else has encountered this and found a solution, please share.
