I am beginning to experiment with the Hubspot / ChatGPT integration to be able to use ChatGPTs deep research tool to analyze Hubspot data.
In my first Deep Research tasks I noticed that the results say that the content of emails, call transcripts, etc. cannot be accessed by the tool and it's only using metadata and other non-personal information to do the research. HOW CAN I GET AROUND THIS SO CHATGPT WILL HAVE ACCESS TO ALL INFORMATION IN HUBSPOT?
The DeepResearch prompt provided was to analyze Deals Won over the past 2 years in order to determine the most effective sales techniques that resulted in a Deal Won. Without being able to analyze the actual content of sales reps communication it makes the tool much less effective.
Any tips would be appreciated. It is possible to create a private app and somehow make the email, sms and call transcript content available to ChatGPT?
1. The HubSpot deep research connector ensures users only see the CRM data they’re allowed to access in HubSpot. For example, individual sales reps will only see pipeline data for deals they have permission to view.
2. Also, customers will not be able to access custom Sensitive Data Properties or sensitive content from other Sensitive Data Covered Services - including Personal Health Information and other Highly Sensitive Data - through the HubSpot deep research connector. The HubSpot deep research connector will only have access to fetch contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and their associations.
