Character Limit in Notes

Hey!

We were trying to put a transcript in the notes section on the company page and were notified of a character limit. 

Is there one that exists or can it be reset by developers?

Trying to figure out how to proceed.

Hey @KRickman, good question!

Looking at this HubSpot Developer article, notes are limited to 65,536 characters. I don't believe that can be changed by a developer.

You can either:

1. Find a way to shorten or condense the transcript (especially if you have a bunch of blank space)
2. Store the transcript in another format (i.e., PDF, Google Doc) and attach/link to it within the company record
