How can I change my date format?

This can be done in the Settings page of HubSpot.

For your personal settings, head to the General tab, and scroll down to date format.

For the account settings, head to the Account Defaults tab, and then User Defaults, and you can change the format under 'Date and number format'

Unfortunately, this is not helpful. In my line of work, I need to have different region and date format. I need Eropean region for other tools to work properly.
But I talk to North American clients - so I do need a date format to change accordingly.
Is there any way to change date format separately from region?
