Changing company/contact lifecycle when deals change

SOLVE

I have a workflow that changes the lifecycle stage of my company and contact when the deal stage changes. The problem here is that it doe not re-enroll the workflow when it goes backward i.e if i move from converted to rate quoted/confirmed, the company's lifecycle does not change back to "Quoted". Please, any suggestions?

It sounds like you have a workflow that changes the lifecycle stage of your company and contact based on the deal stage, but you are having an issue where the workflow does not re-enroll when the deal stage changes backwards.

 

One potential solution would be to use the "Re-enrollment" feature in your workflow. This will allow contacts who have previously completed the workflow to re-enter and continue through it again, including cases where the deal stage changes backwards.

 

To enable Re-enrollment, go to the "Deal enrollment trigger" option in your workflow and check the "Re-enrollment" option. Additionally, make sure that you have also checked to re-enroll contact when a deal stage changes option as you can see in the next image:

By using the Re-enrollment feature and double-checking the re-enrollment options, you should be able to ensure that your workflow properly updates the lifecycle stage based on the deal stage, even if it changes backwards.
