Changing activity date on forwarded emails?

SOLVE

I'm populating our CRM with some old conversations by forwarding to the forward@ HubSpot alias, but it's not picking up the dates of the original email - it's just treating it as new activity. Is there any way to fix this, or at least manually correct it so it shows the last date of contact with the individual correctly?

Thanks

James

Changing activity date on forwarded emails?

SOLVE

Most built-in HubSpot properties used to track contact activity are managed by Hubspot and are NOT editable. Forwarding email into the CRM does not change this behavior.
