Change Ticket Record View Based On Pipeline

SOLVE
It looks like I can change ticket record views based on teams, but is there a way to do it based on the pipeline the ticket is in? We have multiple teams with overlap between pipelines. I feel like this is obvious and I'm just missing it.

Yes! You can adjust the views by adding conditional logic to the cards themselves:

This is shown on a deal pipeline, but it functions the same for ticket cards as well.

You are totally rigth @Josh!

Just to add to what Josh shared, you would need to create different cards within the view, so that each one (with the required properties) shows depending on the Pipeline.Screenshot 2025-03-20 at 4.03.49 PM.png

Hey @AHucks.

Currently, there is no way to change the record view based on the pipeline, you can only edit the board view as explained in this article.

There is already a HubSpot idea created in 2018, even though it is set as "Delivered" the solution was only partial since it allows you to display specific properties based on another property, but only when creating a new record. 

It does not allow for the record view, as some of the last comments point out.

I recommend adding a comment there so that the HubSpot team can further review it. 🙂
