Cannot see activity by one colleague under SOME companies

Under one company I will call it EM I cannot see any acitivity by my colleague J.  She has logged calls and made notes.   She can see my activity under EM, but I cannot see hers. 

 

On a second company I will call it CT I can see all activity by my colleage J.  

 

Why can't I see the activity under EM done by J?  I can see other colleagues activities under EM, but not my colleague J's activities. 

 

This caused a double reach out to contacts!   😞

Is it possible on company EM that J logged her activity on the contact record only and not the company?

Hey @SarahRoberts 

 

It sounds like this could be related to user permissions, I'd suggest reviewing this with your SuperAdmin to check which permissions you have. It could be possible that you are allowed to see just specifics companies and not all of them.
