I am running into this also. Something is not fuctional anymore in Hubspot. Previously, when you go to "create company" and paste the companies main URL into the field, it auto populates all of the company info. It is just pulling info out of a database and it is not reasonabe that this be disabled.
HubSpot has essentially gone for a money grab and disabled a feature that we all used multiple times on a daily basis. This is hugely disappointing and as a consultant I have always been a champion of HubSpot because of it's affordability and ease of use. Unfortunately I can't with good concious recommend HubSpot to my clients any more, which is a shame. It was the best in affordable category and is going to impact lots of small growing businesses going forward more than the massive corporations it is alligning itself to
I would agree, this is a huge issues. I am seeing the same problem where Create Company is not auto populating the company information fields after putting the domain address in. Hopefully this gets addressed soon.

This is a major problem that has been happening for at least a couple/few days. I can create a company but no information is being populated in the fields not even the company name nor LinkedIn page. Nothing. Please make it a priority to fix this. Today is Friday, March 21, 2025. Thank you.

How exactly does this work? Does my company need to purchase a Breeze Intelligence Credits pack? Will each user need to do something in settings or will the change occur automatically after paying?
Removing the populating of the Time Zone field was not a good idea.
Hi @JCarter7 - just came on here to look at this as well. Adding new companies and first the domain bit changing and the biggest issue... not filling in the company information as before. I hope this is a today issue (it was working for me on Monday) as this is really frustrating and slows us down massively!
@JCarter7 which fields are you expecting to autopopulate? In any case, if this works and other options don't, I'd recommend just making note of what would be populated and go with what I shared in my previous reply.

@JCarter7 this is a user-to-user community, I can't comment on the design choices of the product team. If you want to push this, you could by reaching out to HubSpot support in-app, via chat or email.
For a solution to the immediate issue, stripping the URL like explained earlier would be the quickest way to get that company record created.
