I'm very new to HubSpot and have been trying to set up a team inbox. When I was testing the team inbox feature I used a Gmail address and could customise the "send from" name like follows...
When I use my gmail account for testing I can change the from name to be from "agent and company name", but when I try and add my company's Outlook address I don't even get the option to change the from name, and when I send an email it doesn't even use the comany name or default name, the user just sees the email address (like in the preview pane below)...
Is changing a from name only a feature that's available to Gmail accounts or is this a bug with Outlook integration or have I configured something wrong?
