As simple as I believe it was to sign-up and create a contact with it's info... I have been unable to. All options are grayed out. I even went through the hazzle of trying to upload an excel template.
I was told it seems that the Admin has this option disabled. But in my company of 5 persons, no one knows who the admin is. I tried contactiong HubSpot on my boss's behalf and requested to reset the account so we cant start from scratch but it's been a week and gotten no response from HubSpot. Anybody know of a workaround?
I mean we havent even been able to test the platform....
Hey @PolDiaz I was able to verify that there are 2 Super Admins on your account. With a free account, you won't have access to HubSpot Support, but as noted above, the person who set up the HubSpot account should be a Super Admin with permission to edit your access.

If you go to Settings > Users & Team there should be someone set as Super Admin. If you need to contact HubSpot I would suggest calling - 1-888-482-7768 or you can get international numbers
I went into that section, and like many others, I dont have access to that settings.
So it always circles to square one. No one in our small company knowns who the admin or superadmin is. I will try one more time to contact someone at tech support. It's just very inconvenient that we wanted to test this platform out... and we are testing 2 others, and we can even get started here.
I get the frustation, but this isn't a typical issue and if it does happen can be solved very quickly by tech support. The super admin should be the person who set the account up.
